Bid the job with no margin or walk away after 3 bad payers?
Lost $14k on a Reno in Phoenix last year because I took a job from a guy who paid slow, then got stiffed on the final draw, so now I'm wondering if anyone else just walks from low-margin work when the client gives off bad vibes from the start?
