Compared daily photo logs vs weekly walkthroughs for site tracking, daily wins clearly

I ran a 14 unit townhome build in Columbus and kept flip flopping between methods. Weekly walkthroughs felt efficient but we kept missing small stuff like rebar sticking out or a window gap until it was a headache. Switched to a 10 minute photo log every morning, same phone angle for each unit. Caught a framing issue on unit 7 three days before drywall, that alone covered the extra time. Anyone else found that shorter but more frequent checks beat the big inspection sweep?
