Finally got the entire foundation crew on the same page about the pour schedule

We had a huge concrete delivery set for Wednesday morning, but the weather looked iffy. Called a quick huddle Monday, got everyone to agree on a hard stop if rain hit 0.1 inches per hour. The sky opened up right at 9 AM, but the crew shut it down clean and we rescheduled without a single argument. How do you guys handle those last-minute weather calls with your subs?

Wait, you all agreed on a hard stop at 0.1 inches? That's wild. In my experience, getting even two guys to watch the same weather app is a miracle. Last time, my foreman was checking radar while the pump operator was convinced it was just a mist. You got everyone locked in on that specific number? That's honestly impressive.

That "hard stop" rule is smart, but I'd also add a clear restart procedure for after the rain clears.
