Last Tuesday was a total disaster on the job site

We had a crane operator show up late and then the concrete truck got stuck in the mud for 2 hours, so we lost half the day. Has anyone else dealt with a day where literally everything went wrong?

Holy crap, a crane operator late AND a concrete truck stuck? That's like a one two punch of bad luck right there lol. I can't imagine trying to coordinate all that mess, must have been pure chaos on site.

Had a similar thing happen last summer with a dump truck that took out a low hanging power line trying to turn into our job. Whole block lost power for like 4 hours while the utility company sorted it out. The crew just stood around drinking Gatorade and waiting, but at least we weren't pouring concrete that day.
