Superintendent told me my daily reports were 'useless to anybody but me' and he was right

I was logging 2 pages of weather and manpower numbers on the Milford job and he said nobody reads that, they need to know what's blocking the next trade. Now every report opens with the one thing holding up the schedule and who owns it, and my RFI turnaround dropped from about 5 days to 2. Curious what you all put at the top of yours, or is it just me that was writing them for nobody?
