TIL my concrete sub bailed 6 hours before a 4am pour in Tucson

I walked the whole deck at 10pm with a flashlight, found two forms bowing out about a half inch, and spent the night bracing them with scrap 2x4s while I called every guy in my phone until my old foreman finally picked up at 11:40 and got me a crew there by 3, so how do you all keep a backup sub list that actually answers the phone?
