Unpopular opinion: the RFI log, not the schedule, is what actually kills jobs
Spent 3 weeks last fall chasing a single steel embed conflict at a school project in Tacoma because nobody logged the RFI until the fab shop had already cut. My super kept saying the schedule was the problem, but the schedule was fine, our paper trail was not. Curious if anyone here tracks response time on RFIs as a real metric or just lets them pile up.
