Appreciation post: the day my lip filler dissolved and I looked like a deflated balloon for 48 hours

Went in for a touch up at a new place in Austin and the nurse accidentally hit a blood vessel, so she had to put in hyaluronidase to undo everything. My lips went from plump to wrinkly prune status within an hour and my husband wouldn't stop laughing. Has anyone else had a dissolve day that made them look like a dried up raisin?

Oh girl, the raisin look is REAL. Same thing happened to me last year when my injector messed up and had to dissolve everything, I looked like I had two wrinkled grapes stapled to my face for two full days. My boyfriend called me "deflated SpongeBob" and I couldnt even be mad because he was right.

500 dollars is a small price to avoid looking like a deflated SpongeBob for a week.
