Had my rhinoplasty consult in Miami and it totally flipped what I wanted

I walked in asking for a dramatic nose job like all the Instagram girls, but the surgeon showed me a 3D simulation of my face with just a small bump shaved off and I realized subtle looked way better on me. Has anyone else had a consult change their whole plan?

Totally agree, sometimes the less invasive tweaks end up giving the most natural and flattering results.
