My sister in Phoenix said she'd never get filler again and it got me thinking

We were talking about her lip filler from last year and she said it migrated a bit, making her upper lip look puffy. She told me, 'I wish I'd known it wasn't permanent and could move like that.' I always thought filler just dissolved neatly. Has anyone else had filler move on them, and what did you do about it?

My friend in Austin had cheek filler that dropped after about eight months, giving her this weird jowl effect. She went back to her injector who used hyaluronidase to dissolve the migrated bits. It's a pretty common fix, but it costs extra. The key is finding someone who really knows facial anatomy to place it right in the first place, and to get small amounts more often instead of one big syringe.

Yeah, that story from @davis.dakota really shows how a lot of services now sell you the fix for a problem they create. You see it everywhere, like cheap furniture that breaks so you buy the warranty, or a phone update that slows your old one down. It feels like the real skill isn't in the first appointment, it's in managing the complications that come later.
