PSA: asked my derm for the numbing cream 30 min before my lip filler and it changed the whole thing
I got lip filler at a spot in Austin last Friday and almost bailed in the chair because the first time I did it with no cream, I was gripping the armrests and tearing up. This time I asked if I could sit with the lidocaine cream on for a full 30 minutes before she started, and I barely felt the needle go in, maybe a 2 out of 10. Does anyone know if asking for the longer wait is normal or did I just get lucky with a chill injector?
