The lip filler migration I keep seeing in my yoga class
I go to hot yoga 4 times a week and there's 3 women in my class who clearly have filler moved above their lip line. It gives them that little mustache shadow look. I had my injector tell me last year that less is more and she only uses half a syringe on my lips. 6 months in and zero migration. Why are people letting these med spas pump a whole syringe in one go? Has anyone else noticed this at their gym or am I just staring too much?

Catch myself staring at people's mouths way too much during class, like I'm trying to read their lips but I just look creepy.
