Used to get lip injections at a med spa now I only go to a board certified plastic surgeon

Last year a nurse at a med spa in Dallas gave me a crooked smile for 4 months. I was too embarrassed to go back and complain. My derm finally told me the filler was placed wrong. The plastic surgeon I see now costs about $200 more per syringe but my face doesn't look like a Picasso painting. Has anyone else had to pay the 'never again' tax on a bad cosmetic job?
