Wasted $600 on CoolSculpting that did absolutely nothing for my belly fat

I went to a clinic in Portland last summer and paid $600 for a CoolSculpting session on my lower stomach. The lady swore I'd see results in 3 months and that it was a sure thing for stubborn fat. Well it's been 9 months and my belly looks exactly the same as before. I even took before and after photos to compare and the measurements are identical. I feel like I just flushed that money down the toilet for some freeze and go hype. Has anyone else tried this and actually seen a change or am I just unlucky with how my body handles it?

My buddy tried those suction cup massages for his love handles and ended up looking like a sad octopus for a week. He spent $400 on the whole thing and the only thing that shrank was his bank account. At least you got a story out of it, even if your belly didn't move an inch.

Flushed money down the toilet" is exactly right, except at least with a toilet flush you get some drama. I tried CoolSculpting on my love handles a couple years back and ended up with a weird lump that looked like I had a hamburger bun stuffed under my skin for six months. The worst part was the lady at the clinic told me to "be patient" while my $700 slowly melted away into thin air. At this point I figure if I want to lose belly fat, I'm better off taping a bag of frozen peas to my gut and calling it a day.
