A client taught me that my blowout technique was aging her face

Last spring a regular client in her 60s pulled me aside after her appointment and said she felt like the volume at her crown made her look 10 years older in photos. I switched from lifting straight up to sweeping hair forward and side to side while drying, and the difference was instant and obvious.
