Rant: I was over-diluting my bleach for years without realizing it

A new stylist in our Charlotte salon pointed out my mixture looked way too thin during a color correction last week. Has anyone else had a basic technique they were totally off on for ages?

How much weaker was your mixture compared to what it should have been?

Used to eyeball it and thought it was fine. Tried measuring exactly once and realized I was way off. Changed my whole process after that.
