The $8 dime piece trick I wish I knew 5 years ago for balayage touch-ups
I started doing this on a client in Austin last month. She had grown out her balayage about 4 months and wanted a refresh without a full foil. Instead of picking up sections with my fingers, I used two dime-sized pieces of foil as spacers between each section. It kept the weave super clean and the blend looked like a whole new application. Her roots came out way softer, no harsh lines at all. Anybody got a better method for quick root melts on retouches?
