Finally closed my first 3-unit deal after 8 months of back and forth
I spent 8 months chasing a 3-unit property in Cleveland because the seller kept forgetting to sign the extension addendum (not kidding). Every time I thought we were done, they'd ghost me for two weeks, then come back with a random new request. Has anyone else had a deal drag on this long over something that simple?
