Warning about the returns desk at Best Buy in Springfield

I waited 45 minutes behind someone returning a printer that was literally just a box of rocks, and the manager told me 'that's why we check serial numbers' without even looking at my receipt. Has anyone else had their return time wasted where the staff clearly just doesn't care?

My friend Sarah had the same thing happen at that Best Buy. She tried to return a broken laptop and the guy barely glanced at her receipt before saying "we can't take it back.

Actually @kellyg14, Best Buy's return policy usually requires the original box and all accessories too, not just the receipt.
