Swapped my paper planner for a $4 app after 12 years of bullet journaling

I used to spend every Sunday afternoon decorating my bullet journal with washi tape and color coding my to-do lists. But after I lost my third notebook in a coffee shop last February, I caved and tried a free app called Todoist. Now I can schedule reminders for dog vet visits while I'm standing in line at the grocery store. Has anyone else made the jump from paper to digital planners and regretted it because you miss the stickers?

@piper_thompson31 I read somewhere that paper helps memory retention better than screens but man I still lose my notebooks.

My third lost notebook in six years is what finally broke me too. But honestly, I find it funny that you mentioned missing stickers. I mean, are stickers really that big of a deal? If you miss them that much, just buy a pack and stick them on your phone case or your fridge. I think people get too attached to the ritual of it all. The whole point of a planner is to stay organized, not to have something pretty to look at on Sunday afternoons. If an app does the job better and doesn't get left behind at a Starbucks, I say just go with it.
