TIL a cracked flywheel housing on a 15L Cummins took me 2 days to figure out

Had a '95 Peterbilt 379 come in with a weird vibration at highway speed, and after checking driveline angles, u-joints, and even the clutch, I finally found a hairline crack in the flywheel housing that was letting the trans sit slightly crooked, and I'm curious if anyone else has run into flexing issues on older aluminum housings.

Caught the same thing on a '97 W900 last year. Looked at everything else first too, driveshaft, trans mount, even the frame. That hairline crack is a sneaky one, makes the whole driveline act like it's out of balance.
