Hot take: I just found out most digital art competitions use bots to pick finalists
Was reading through some fine print on a contest site last night and stumbled on a FAQ that said they use an automated algorithm to filter entries before humans ever see them. Shocked me. I spent 4 hours on my submission thinking a real person would look at it first. Has anyone else run into this?

Have you tried running your entry through a grayscale filter before submitting? @patel.leo's joke hits close to home since I've been tweaking my color values to avoid triggering those bots.

My entry got flagged by a bot for using a color outside their palette, so I resubmitted in grayscale and it passed.
