Can we talk about wrist support when using power tools?
I used to get sore wrists after long sessions with my drill. It got so bad I could barely grip anything the next day. A friend showed me how to wear a basic wrist brace while working. It keeps my joint stable and cuts down on tiredness. I also switch hands often to spread out the strain. This lets me work more without hurting. Try it if your wrists act up from garage jobs.

Hey, did you see that video where a carpenter talks about wrist positioning? I watched one last week that said keeping your wrist straight cuts down on vibration going up your arm. Like when using a saw, if you bend your wrist, it tires out faster. They showed using a padded glove along with a brace for extra support. Makes a huge difference for long projects. Maybe check out some DIY channels for tips like that.

Smart move with the brace.
Makes total sense. My wrists used to hurt like crazy after sanding for hours. A basic brace from the store helped a bunch. Also, how you hold the tool matters a lot. A lighter grip and letting the tool do the work saves my joints.

Letting the tool do the work" is key, but I learned that the hard way. I used to white-knuckle my sander like it was going to run away from me. My wrists are still mad at me for those early years.
