Honestly, I was the same way for years. I thought 3D was just for fancy client pictures. Then we had to rework a whole stairwell because the 2D plans missed a pipe clash. Wait, they still take two weeks for revisions? That's crazy. We had a client change an entire floor plan layout last Tuesday and we sent back the new renders by Thursday morning.
