Update: I swapped to using a $25 hot air station for SMD work instead of my old soldering iron.
I was convinced a fine tip on my iron was enough, but after lifting 3 pads on a MacBook logic board last month, I switched to a cheap hot air station and haven't ruined a single component since, so has anyone found a good source for replacement nozzles under $10?

Honestly that hot air switch is a game changer for saving those tiny pads. For cheap nozzles, AliExpress has a ton of generic ones that fit most stations, just gotta wait for shipping lol. Double check the thread size on your station before ordering, they're not all the same.
