Showerthought: I finally hit 1000 hours on my side project and realized my whole plan was backwards.
I tracked every minute for two years, convinced I needed 10k hours to be an expert, but hitting that first thousand showed me I was just practicing the wrong skills the whole time, so has anyone else had a milestone that made you scrap everything and start over?
Nah it's not that bad once it becomes a habit. You start to see where your time actually goes and can cut out the useless stuff. It's just data, not a prison sentence.
