Agree completely. I've been trying this on a few personal projects lately. There is absolutely a learning curve when you can't rely on foam for quick structure. I found I had to plan everything much more carefully, but the final build does feel more solid and thoughtful. Worth the extra effort for sure.

You ever see those "abstract" projects where nothing lines up? That was my no-foam phase. Took me three tries to accept that measuring tape exists.
