Took me 5 years to realize I was letting the air out of tires before rolling barn finds onto the trailer

Was hauling a '72 Datsun 510 out of a shed in rural Ohio last month and the old owner watched me struggle for 20 minutes before asking why I kept letting the air out, then showed me how just dropping the pressure a tiny bit on the rears and using a floor jack under the frame rail saves all that time and sweat. Has anyone else had some simple trick totally wreck their whole system like that?

Ngl I used to think that was just wasted time but now I get it.

Same here. I remember sitting through those long planning sessions at my old job thinking we could've just handled everything in a quick email chain. But a few months ago we had this huge project go sideways because nobody sat down and figured out the timeline together beforehand. That's when it clicked for me.
