Monitor Pest Control vs Arrow Exterminators in North Atlanta?

I've used Arrow for a couple years. They do the job, but they kept trying to push termite bonds and moisture control packages even after I said no. My neighbor switched to Monitor Pest Control and said they were way more straightforward. Thinking about making the switch myself.

We've been with Monitor Pest Control for about a year now. They're local and family-owned, so no corporate upsell. They come out quarterly, spray inside and out, and if I see ants in between they come back for free. Highly recommend them over the big chains.

Arrow is fine if you like contracts and being locked in. Monitor Pest Control gave us a month-to-month option and the tech actually listened to our concerns about the kids and dog. They also treat for mosquitoes which was a plus for our backyard.
