Question about starting a sleep coaching side hustle without any fancy tech

Lots of folks think you need apps or gadgets to help people sleep better, but I've had great results just using simple breathing techniques and old-school journals! My clients are sleeping more and it cost me nothing to start.

Starting with the basics is smart because people get overwhelmed by too many tech options. Just track sleep patterns in a simple notebook to spot trends together. That focus often fixes the real problem without extra gadgets.

Have you considered adding a column for daily stress levels next to sleep notes? Honestly, when I tried the notebook method, tracking small things like evening screen time made a huge difference. @gavin401 has a point about starting simple, but I'd say also note what you did before bed. We caught that late dinners were messing with our sleep after just a week.
