Had an employee try to microwave a metal fork "because it was clean" last week

Used to just roll my eyes at safety training videos but after watching this guy almost start a fire over leftover pasta I print out the whole handbook now. What's the dumbest thing you've seen someone do in a break room?

Guy at my old job put a bag of microwave popcorn in for 20 minutes. Said he wanted it "extra crunchy." The smoke alarm went off and we had to evacuate the whole floor. Nobody even got to eat the popcorn.

@kai564 oh man, the popcorn thing is rough. I had a coworker who tried to reheat soup in a sealed tupperware container and it exploded all over the microwave, smelled like bad decisions for a week. The handbook really should come with a warning label for common sense...
