That $400 printer I bought for our office was a total scam
Ordered a fancy laser printer from an online deal last month for the small team I work with, and it worked fine for exactly 3 days before the drum error popped up. Called support and they told me the toner cartridge was 'not genuine' even though it came in the box, so now I'm stuck with a brick. Has anyone else had luck getting these companies to actually honor a warranty, or did I just throw my money away?

Oh man, that's rough. I had a similar thing happen with a tablet I bought online and it felt like getting scammed twice once they blamed me for their own packaging. I swear sometimes these companies just make up rules as they go to avoid fixing stuff. I'd try being super annoying on social media tagging them, that's the only way I ever got a response from anyone. Or you could just take the L like I did and use it as a paperweight, beats trying to explain your life story to some support guy on the phone.
