Yeah, zucchini sticks are just the start. I do broccoli with a bit of garlic powder and olive oil, comes out crispy and my kids fight over it. Carrot fries work too, slice them thin and they sweeten up in the air fryer. Even Brussels sprouts cut in half get a nice char without being mushy. The key is not overcrowding the basket so everything crisps evenly. Now I barely use my oven for veggies.
