inSwitched from a 2015 Dell workstation to a new machine with an RTX 4070 for 3D modeling
Honestly I felt the same way until I started doing client work with tight deadlines. Those saved minutes add up when you're rendering multiple scenes a day, you know? It went from being a coffee break to actually getting projects out the door faster.

inRemember when you could just follow a creek to find a trail?
90 minutes bushwhacking through slide choked brush" is the kind of map note that needs its own warning label. A vague arrow pointing inland is basically the trail saying "good luck, you're on your own now." That sounds less like a reroute and more like the forest just decided to adopt you for a while.

inBought a $150 'ancient coin' online that turned out to be a modern tourist replica
I mean, calling it a tourist replica is a bit off. Those are usually cheap metal sold at sites. A $150 fake is more like a deliberate forgery meant to fool collectors. The real tourist junk is like, five bucks in a gift shop.
