Debate: Should you push through a failed project or just scrap it?

I had a shed renovation that collapsed halfway through last month, the roof just caved in after a storm. Part of me wants to fix it and finish, but the other half says cut my losses and start fresh. Which side do you lean on when something breaks bad on you?

Yeah "a rough one" is putting it lightly, that roof just straight up said "I'm DONE" on you. At this point I'd take it as a sign from the universe to just burn the whole thing and go buy a tent.

Wait, your roof actually collapsed on you in the middle of everything? That's a rough one, I'd probably let that shed go myself.
