My app project stalled over a code license issue

I was making a tool to help track home repairs. I used some open source code but might have broken its rules. Now I am stuck and cannot move forward with the build. Has anyone fixed a license mistake mid project? I need advice on how to finish this.

Ugh, license issues are the worst. I now use a license scanner before pushing code.
