Can we talk about the gas line inspection I got quoted in Los Ranchos?
That plumbing company wanted $1,800 to replace a corroded shutoff valve I could wiggle with my thumb, so I called the county and they sent a free inspector who said it was fine for another 10 years, has anyone else been quoted crazy prices by those door-to-door HVAC guys?
