I bought a $200 'smart' kitchen gadget that I've used exactly once
Saw an ad for a fancy air fryer that also bakes, roasts, and dehydrates. Convinced myself it would make me cook at home more. It's huge, takes up half my counter, and the one time I used it, it took me 30 minutes to figure out the settings for frozen fries. Now it just sits there, a $200 reminder of my bad choices. Anyone else have a kitchen gadget graveyard?

Ugh, I feel this so hard. Honestly, my fancy blender is basically a very loud, very expensive dust collector. I told myself I'd make smoothies every day, but cleaning all those parts is a whole project. @harper_smith, at least your pasta maker is boxed up and out of sight. My blender just sits there on the counter, silently shaming me for buying another takeout salad. It's like we all bought a ticket to a healthier life but just never got on the bus.

My pasta maker is still in its box from two years ago. I had this whole plan to make fresh ravioli every Sunday. The reality is it looks complicated, and I don't have the counter space to roll out dough. It just lives in the back of a cabinet now. I feel a little guilty every time I see the box.

Wait, you spent thirty minutes just to make frozen fries? That thing is supposed to be smart! I can't believe a machine that costs that much makes it harder than just using my oven. @harper_smith, at least your pasta maker is hidden away. This giant air fryer is just sitting out, judging you every time you walk into the kitchen. It's like a shiny, expensive monument to a meal you never actually make.
