My AI scheduling tool double-booked me three times in one day last month in Austin

I was stuck at a client site 30 miles away when my phone buzzed with two overlapping appointments, so I ended up having to call both people and reschedule on the spot-has anyone else dealt with an AI assistant that just can't handle real-world timing yet?

Honestly I used to think AI schedulers were basically perfect until I read your post and it totally changed my mind. Like I had this whole picture of them never messing up but your Austin double-book disaster shows they still miss basic stuff. I've had similar issues with mine where it booked a 9am meeting in Round Rock and a 10am in South Austin without blinking. Now I'm way more careful about adding travel time manually because the AI just doesn't get that real world driving takes longer than maps says lol.

And yeah, that's exactly the thing I noticed too @kellyg14, AI is great at following rules but lousy at common sense stuff like guessing how bad 35 is at 8:45am. It's like they perfect the 90% but then trip over the simple real world stuff we just take for granted.
