Overheard a guy at the hardware store call air fryer chicken 'cheat code food'
He was buying a new basket and said it's the only way he gets his kids to eat protein now. Anyone have a go-to recipe for chicken that isn't just nuggets?

My buddy Mark tried coating chicken thighs in plain Greek yogurt and seasoning, said it came out juicier than any breaded stuff he'd made.

Friend of mine tried that cauliflower rice stir fry thing and swore it saved her sanity. @lily_stone76 you hit the nail on the head, sometimes you just need something that works quick.
