Had a motion sensor keep tripping in a finished attic... turned out the client's cat was using the ductwork as a highway.

My buddy's cat learned how to open the cabinet where the treats are kept. She figured out if she hooks her paw under the door and pulls, it pops right open. Now she just helps herself whenever she wants a snack. He had to get a child lock for it, which is honestly pretty wild.
