My cousin swore FMA Brotherhood was the only version worth watching, and after 12 episodes I think he sold me a bridge
He kept going on about how the 2003 series was a waste of time and I'd regret starting with it. So I skipped it and went straight into Brotherhood like he told me, and by episode 12 the early stuff felt like a highlight reel of things I was supposed to already care about. I'm not saying it's bad, but nobody warns you that the first arc gets rushed to get to the new content. Did anyone else feel like Brotherhood assumes you saw 2003 first, or is it just me?
