That time I dropped $250 on a 'career coaching' webinar series that was just a sales pitch
About six months ago I signed up for this career coaching webinar series because I was feeling stuck in my admin job in Phoenix. They promised insider tips on getting promoted and making more money. After three sessions it became obvious they were just pushing their $2,000 premium package the whole time. I wasted $250 on basic advice I could have gotten for free on YouTube. Has anyone else fallen for those 'professional development' gimmicks that are really just upsells?
