The $800 toolbox upgrade that beat my old 3-trip habit
I used to run back to the supply store at least twice a week because I forgot one fitting or a specific bit. Last fall I finally dropped $800 on a proper van setup with labeled drawers and a checklist on my phone. Turns out the time saved is huge, I get home an hour earlier most days now. The old way was just me being lazy about organizing, not about the tools themselves. The checklist took 20 minutes to set up and I've only had to go back once in 4 months. Anyone else notice that the real cost of disorganization is your evenings, not the parts?
