Same thing happened to me, ditched the apps and just track the big stuff now. Way less stress.

Totally agree with ditching the 'move tasks forward' thing. I used to waste so much time rewriting the same stuff, now I just let it die and write fresh. That three column idea sounds way better than my current mess, might steal it lol.
