Vent: Expense report app said 5 minutes, took me 3 Wednesdays
Our new travel system in Omaha kept rejecting my receipt because the total had a $0.79 tax line, and I spent two full evenings figuring out it wanted the pre-tax amount. Has anyone else had to fight a tool that claims to be simple but has some random hidden rule?
