My neighbor's backyard artifact find got me thinking
Last week, my neighbor showed me an old coin he dug up while gardening. It made me realize that regular folks can uncover important bits of history too. I actually think amateur discoveries should get more credit in archaeology. Professionals often dismiss them, but they can lead to bigger finds. I'd love to hear if others have had similar experiences or disagree.
