She pointed at my 10-year-old picture and said 'see, back then you smiled but now you look like you've seen things' and honestly that one comment got me thinking about how much small interactions with strangers can actually shape your whole mood for the day so has anyone else ever had a random person say something that just stuck with you for way too long?
