Our body shop's shared fridge has cut down on lunchtime headaches
I noticed we were all running out to different places for lunch, which messed with our schedule. Now we keep a shared fridge stocked with simple stuff like sandwiches and drinks. It means less time off the clock and more time on repairs. For instance, yesterday I fixed a bumper while eating a quick turkey wrap right at my station. The whole crew chips in a few bucks for groceries each week. It keeps us fed and focused without the hassle. Maybe this could work for other shops dealing with tight deadlines.

Smart move.
Now that's clever! It solves two problems at once, saving your team both time and money. I love how it keeps everyone on task without the midday scramble. More shops should try simple fixes like this instead of overcomplicating things. Really smart teamwork.

Yeah totally! Read about an auto shop that painted colored lines on the floor for different work stages. Sounds dumb but cut their mix-ups in half. Simple visual cue was a total game changer, no fancy software needed.

That simple visual cue is why I color-code my tool box, saves so much time.
