PSA: Hit 300,000 miles on my F-150 last Tuesday with zero major repairs
I rolled past 300k miles on my 2007 Ford F-150 last week and my mechanic buddy was shocked I never replaced the transmission or timing chain. I've just been doing oil changes every 5,000 miles with full synthetic and swapping the fuel filter every 30k like the manual says. Anyone else hit a high mileage number that made you double take?

Hit 250k on my old Chevy Silverado last year and my wife joked that truck was gonna outlast our marriage. Still going strong too, though lately it's started making this weird hum that sounds like my wallet crying. My buddies all said I was crazy for not upgrading but I figure if it ain't broke, don't fix it. That 300k mark is legit something else though, props for keeping that F-150 alive that long.
